  • I generally will create jpeg images, since it is the most common format. But the choice is ultimately yours.

  • Generally I organize chronologically by month and year, but if you rather have me organize by event, we can work on that together.

  • I will keep your photos up to a year. I will check back with you a week and then a month to make sure you are satisfied.

  • I will have you buy a Seagate hard drive to work on. I will send you both original and organized photos back to you.

  • I would suggest getting a new drive every 3-5 years. I personally have had Seagate drive last years.

  • I scan all printed images at 600 PPI. The negatives and slides are scanned at 3000 PPI.

  • We can always have meeting virtually. I can work on all projects regardless of location.

  • Each project last different lengths of time depending on the scope of the project. They usually last at least a month. Larger collection will be worked on in phases. But I can work on a shorter schedule for a rush charge.

  • Depending on the size of the item. Most will be scanned here at my office. Larger items will be sent out to Holland Photos here in Austin, Texas. I have been using them for years with no issues.

  • I can help by organizing digital photos, scan photos, negatives, slides and memorabilia, archive you photo collection, and start a legacy collection. And also create photo albums and slideshows.

  • I do most of my work in my office in Austin. I can also work on location at my clients homes to help me with metadata and keywords naming the subjects.

  • For a small charge I can add metadata and keywords to your images to make locating images later much easier.

  • We accept cash, checks, credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
